1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Trissino Inc. (“Trissino,” “FirstSDR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the FirstSDR website and our business-to-business sales-development services (together, the “Services”). It explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices that may be available to you.
For account, billing, website, and business-contact information that Trissino uses for its own operations, Trissino acts as the business or controller. For prospect and campaign information a customer provides for an outreach campaign, the customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the business or controller; Trissino acts as its service provider or processor and handles that information only to provide the Services and follow documented instructions. We will enter into a data-processing agreement where required by law or the applicable customer agreement. If this policy conflicts with a signed data-processing agreement, that agreement controls for the processing it covers.
The Services are designed for business use, not for children or personal, household, or consumer accounts.
2. Information we handle
Information depends on how you interact with us and whether your business has engaged the Services. It may include:
- Business inquiry information: a person’s name and work contact details, company name and website, company stage, call-volume goals, and other information they choose to share when contacting or requesting information from us.
- Customer and campaign information: product information, target-customer profiles, scripts, contact records, business contact details, campaign instructions, suppression or opt-out information, call outcomes, qualification notes, and meeting details supplied by a customer or created in providing an agreed campaign.
- Call information: call metadata, outcomes, or conversation notes needed to operate and report on a campaign. Trissino does not record or transcribe campaign calls by default. Recording or transcription may be enabled only if agreed in writing in advance, applicable notices and consent have been addressed for every relevant jurisdiction, and the applicable retention period is documented.
- Website and device information: essential technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site, such as browser type, referrer, and technical logs. If you choose “Allow analytics” in our consent banner, Vercel Analytics collects website usage information to help us understand site performance and aggregate visits. Analytics remain disabled if you reject or have not yet chosen. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles or conduct cross-site targeted advertising.
- Communications: information you include in email, proposals, support requests, or other communications with us.
Please do not send us payment-card data, government identifiers, account passwords, precise location data, or other sensitive personal information through the website or campaign materials unless we first agree in writing on an appropriate and lawful way to handle it.
3. The quote form on this preview site
The quote-request form currently shown on this website is a preview interface. Submitting it displays an on-screen confirmation, but the form does not send your entries to Trissino or store them. If a production version of the form or another inquiry channel is later enabled, the information you provide through that channel will be handled as described in this policy and any notice presented with that channel.
4. How we use information
- To provide, coordinate, support, and report on sales-development campaigns that a customer has requested.
- To understand a customer’s products and approved playbook and support our representatives’ preparation for calls.
- To respond to business inquiries, communicate about proposals, and maintain business records.
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and Services, including using Vercel Analytics only when you have opted in.
- To administer agreements and payments, protect our rights and the safety of individuals and systems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- For another purpose explained when the information is collected or otherwise permitted by law.
5. How we share information
We may share relevant information in the following circumstances:
- With a customer: campaign activity, call outcomes, qualification details, and meeting information needed to provide the Services to that customer.
- With service providers: with providers supporting website hosting and security (including Vercel), business communications, customer relationship management, analytics (Vercel Analytics only after you opt in), or artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows, limited to what they need for their services. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We require appropriate contractual privacy and security protections and use subprocessors subject to applicable agreements. A current list of subprocessors for a customer campaign may be requested at taka@trissinoai.com.
- With professional advisers: with legal, accounting, or other advisers who are subject to confidentiality duties.
- For legal and safety reasons: when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or property, investigate misuse, or enforce an agreement.
- In a business transaction: with appropriate confidentiality protections in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the relevant business.
- At your direction: when you ask us or authorize us to share information.
We do not describe prospect information as “sold” or “shared” for targeted advertising in this policy. If our practices change in a way that creates rights or notice obligations under applicable law, we will update our notices and provide any required choices.
6. Artificial intelligence
We may use artificial-intelligence tools as part of our internal process for organizing customer-provided business context and helping representatives prepare for conversations. Human representatives conduct the sales conversations. Campaign materials and information must only be provided for these purposes when the customer is authorized to share them. We do not claim that the Services make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The specific tools, inputs, and safeguards for a customer’s campaign should be confirmed in its written agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential storage needed to deliver and secure the site. Vercel Analytics is optional and loads only after you select “Allow analytics” in the consent banner; if you reject or make no choice, it remains disabled. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days. You can change your choice at any time below. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site targeted advertising. Blocking essential storage in your browser may affect site functionality.
8. Retention and security
We retain business inquiry and prospect contact information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with the person or business, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation, or a dispute. We retain customer campaign data during the engagement and delete or return it within 90 days after termination, unless the customer requests earlier deletion or a law or written agreement requires a different period. Routine backup copies are deleted on their normal cycle, generally within 30 additional days. We retain suppression and opt-out records as needed to honor those choices and comply with law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate, designed to protect information. No website, service, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact taka@trissinoai.com.
9. International processing
Trissino is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another protected region, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the applicable standard contractual clauses, together with any required supplementary measures. Customers may request information about safeguards applying to their campaign data at taka@trissinoai.com.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live—including the United States, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom—the type of information, and our role, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information; to object to or withdraw consent from particular processing; or to appeal a decision about a request. U.S. state privacy laws may also provide rights to know, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Applicable law may provide exceptions.
If your information was supplied to us by a business customer as part of a campaign, please direct your request to that business first. We will support the customer and respond directly when required by law. For information Trissino handles for its own business purposes, send requests to taka@trissinoai.com. We will acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within the time required by applicable law. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision email.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also be able to contact your local data-protection authority or regulator.
11. Children
The website and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided information through a channel we operate, please notify us through an authorized company contact.
12. Third-party sites
The website may contain links to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and this policy does not apply to them. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information before using those services.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will take the steps required by applicable law.
